"I'm just saying
Men don't dominate the women
We are created equal
In the eyes of God..."

For this belief
She is shunned
Left to rot
Left to die
Falling

She wanders in the desert
The sun beating down
On her white, porcelain face

Her hair flies gracefully in the wind
The same color
As her beating heart
According to the others

Her eyes are violet
Sparkling
Stars dancing in her eyes

Lips so red as blood
But so sweet, the honeybees
Would swarm around her mouth
Her dress is torn
Ripped
Like her dreams

Men overpower
Men overpower
Men overpower
Men overpower
Men overpower

Circles her mind...

..and yet...

She wears a smile
She laughs
She's fallen
Though she won't give up

True, she might be a legend
True, she might be the demonic mother
But

Kudos to the Fallen Queen!
After :iconvillenueve: sent a notice to me that the Lilith's Realm contest was ending, I felt a little guilty that I barely lifted a finger to that certain club. So, here's my attempt at a piece of Lilith.

You see, there's a legend to this, a LEGEND, about Lilith.

According to legend, Lilith was Adam's first wife. When they were about to have intercourse, Lilith asked Adam, "Why are you on top of me?"
Adam answered, "Because I am the man. I overpower you, because of that."
Lilith got pretty mad and shouted back, "You do NOT! The Lord God created us equal! Men and women are as the same importance! Men do NOT overpower women in any way!"
Adam then demanded that she take that remark back, but Lilith just screamed in frustration and anger, then vanished.

It was said that Lilith then gave birth to all demons, which, in my opinion, I find quite offensive. How can the first feminist give birth to monsters, when all trophy wives labored humans like us? Does that mean that MY children will become mutated demons?

Anyway, even though she's just a legend, I think that Lilith is awesome! :)
